Edgar Toll (Human male/Technician) - Leader/Head Engineer

Characteristics; visionary, charismatic, ruthless.

Edgar Toll has never taken a no for an answer, if he wants something, he gets it. He is a genius engineer and visionary but his downfall is his love for cocaine. He is the founder and self proclaimed leader of Joker Inc. though he spends most of his time in the engineering lab brainstorming and snorting coke. Not many personnel in Joker inc. know of his addiction.

Edgar Toll worked for the Imperial Navy making spaceship weaponry, but because of his drug problem he was dishonorably discharged after years of service. An overlooked error in the targeting system in one of his newer designs caused the weapon to target a friendly civilian carrier which resulted in 500 civilians dying.

Edgar Toll has a really big ego and blames everyone but himself for his discharge from the navy.

Bruce Prosa (Human male/Warrior) - General/Consultant

Characteristics; good looking, friendly, inspiring.

Bruce is the joker's “general”. Joker inc. doesn't really have an army so he is more of a strike force commander, but everyone calls him general. He is in charge of Joker Academy which is the military academy for Joker Inc. He likes nothing more than the heat of battle and the company of women.

Xersa´s main role in the company is maintaining the company´s image. She does so through marketing campaigns o.fl.

Ursa (Serial: 15015294) (Geneler/Warrior) Joker Enforcer/Joker strike teams Captain

Ursa has known nothing but war for most of his life. Recruited into the Dilern army at a young age, he was trained to become a ruthless soldier. He was known in the army as a soldier who would take any job regardless of the danger. He has taken on missions that some would say were suicide and has always come out on top. He thinks very highly of himself and grabs any opportunity to challenge himself even if the odds are against him. He was promoted as a result of his great courage and can-do attitude. After his promotion in the Dilern army he soon quit as he wanted to go into the world to find greater challenges. He loves nothing more than being against all odds in battle and being at the edge of his limit.

Ursa met Edgar after his discharge and was one of his first employees at Joker Incorporated. Edgar has always trusted Ursa with his life as he is one of his best warriors. Edgar let´s Ursa do pretty much whatever he wants, but he often sends him requests for certain high priority missions that most other joker employees would fail at.

Joker Incorporated

Joker Inc. was founded in 130 RTC by Edgar Toll, one of the greatest engineers in the galaxy. At the start, their main goal was to have a safe haven for Edgar to continue his work. During this time their main way of funding was doing brute work for clients with deep pockets, no questions asked. This work could be anything from breaking down governments to escorting politicians through dangerous territory. They soon got recognized as a dangerous group of anarchists with no clear goal or intention.

Now they are a legitimate company that sells hand-held weapons, spaceship weaponry, artillery, combat stims and medical equipment to anyone that can afford it. They can also make custom weapons for high level customers but that costs extra.

The Jokers "own" a system called Aloria which is located in the Federal Galactic Empire close to the Badlands, it doesn´t legally belong to them but they have claimed it as their own. They have around 1 million employees scattered across the Aloria system. Not everyone who lives in the Aloria system is an employee of Joker Inc. and they tolerate them as long as they don´t get in the way of the company.

They have teams of scavangers going into the Badlands to strip old ships for parts and materials, and searching for old Ivalieh tech to research and hopefully improve upon. They also get shipments of materials from their "friends" in the empire.

There have been rumors that Joker Inc. has been making powerful narcotics and selling them on the black market, but Joker Inc. has denied all those claims, saying they are rumors made by competing companies trying to bring down the company´s image.

Bruce´s World - Joker Academy - Joker Academy is a military academy where all the joker´s troops are trained in all types of combat.

Tortuga - The biggest space station in Aloria. Every shipment of cargo coming to or from Aloria goes through here for inspection and registration.

Weaponry

Here is a list of the main weapons produced by Joker Inc

Bulldog 172B

Made by the Joker Inc. the Bulldog 172B has a really wide scatter pattern, It can be really deadly especially at short range. Because of its wide spread it is really ineffective at long ranges. At up to 20 meters it does 4d4x2 dmg and 3d4x2x2 on a critical hit (laga, alltof mikið damage!). At that range it also crits on 19 and 20. At ranges longer than 20 meters the damage drops down to 1d4 and only crits on a 20.

The Bulldog is the ideal weapon for a strike team, as it is fairly light and up close deals massive damage, the downside is that it is really loud but If used correctly can wipe out a small outpost in a short amount of time. If you shoot it at point blank range out of stealth and you hit, you roll a d20 and if you roll over 10 you automatically crit (alltof gott xD?), but you will alert everyone to your position in a 30 meter radius. The Bulldog 172B was engineered by Edgar Toll, but it is not his favorite invention because of it´s brute nature, he believes making weapons like the Bulldog 172B is beneath him.

Justice 489C

Justice 489C is the sniper rifle of choice for the Joker recon teams, as it has really good range and high damage, making it good for taking down high priority targets at long range. What makes it unique from other rifles of its kind is the overcharge mechanic, developed by Edgar Toll which is a last resort mechanic made for taking down the target quickly if it is trying to flee. It uses all the power of its battery to make it fire highly deadly shots for a few rounds.

Peacemaker

The "Peacemaker" as Edgar Toll named it ironically is a really heavy machine gun designed to wipe out squads of infantry in a matter of seconds. It does a lot of damage really quickly, but is highly unreliable due to overheating. This can be counteracted by having someone maintaining the weapon. To wield the Peacemaker you need either great strength (Str 16) or if needed it comes with a light exoskeleton which only purpose is holding the weapon, and make the user be able to freely aim the Peacemaker without restriction.

Rover 192D

The Rover 192D is the standard sidearm given to the Joker troops. It was designed by Edgar Toll with one goal in mind; to be a very reliable and easy to use sidearm. Compared to other pistols it is fairly big, but despite it´s size it is really light so it feels almost like an extension of your hand while you are using it.

Shockwave 157A

The Shockwave 157A was designed to break down the enemy´s armor quickly. To do so it uses special thermite ammunition. Although it can do alot of damage to enemies without armor its main purpose is melting through the opposition's armor so it is designed as a support weapon.

Enigma

This armor manufactured by Joker Inc. and engineered by Edgar Toll, is the personal armor of choice by the Joker strike teams. Using a miniature version of the cloak systems rarely found in spaceships, it is great for infiltration and pares up nicely with the Bulldog 172B for the ultimate infiltration package.
